5th annual World Premier screening and Award Show for the 2025, 72 Hour Kick Ass Film Festival!

This is the BIG EVENT! Premiering 20+ independent short films, 11 epic awards, and A Magical Red Carpet Party - this is a day of non-stop action!

We will be screening all qualifying short films submitted by independent filmmakers that were created for our 72-hour film fest! These films were written, filmed, and edited in only 72 hours!

FULL DAY AGENDA

10:30 am - Doors Open

11:00 am - Screening ONE (Audience Choice voting - must be present to vote)

12:30 pm - Intermission (30 minutes)

1:00 pm - Screening TWO (Audience Choice voting - must be present to vote)

2:30 pm Screening Ends

5:00 pm Doors open for evening session

5:30 pm - Red Carpet Party
Come dressed to impress and ready to party, a cash bar will be available for purchase, and some of the best networking in the state happens at this party, with most film crews in attendance

6:30 pm - Best Short Film Nominees Screening
Screening Three will show the following Best Short Nominees with Q&A: House Warming, Honor Bound, Weird Meat, Goodie Girls, Almost Korea

8:00 pm - Award Ceremony Begins - Find out who the big winners are and cheer them on!

9:30 pm - Award Ceremony Ends (approximately)

10:00 pm - Official After-Party

The after party is located directly across the street at Smitty's Greenlight Tavern, a 21+ ONLY bar, featuring NEOMA as the headlining performer, and SVNTI. Tickets are sold separately, so please buy tickets online before the event! www.kickassfilmfest.com

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

·         Tickets  - $30 online and $35 at the door

·         Doors - Doors will open 30 minutes prior to event section start times

·         Restrictions - Your ticket must be shown at the door printed or in email

·         Concessions - Will have light snacks like candy and popcorn, for sale as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Card, and Cash accepted. No outside food or drink allowed.

·         Age Restrictions - All films are not Rated parental guidance is recommended for ages under 17, Violence,  explicit language, and suggestions are possible in the films.
