Looking for a fun, hip-hop inspired cardio/dance workout? Join us for this pop-up dance class where participants will learn choreography together, build connections, and get a great workout in a group setting. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels and learning levels. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a water bottle.

These pop-up classes at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center allow participants to experience our on-site dance studios, and those who want to continue dancing weekly in between pop-up sessions, can attend classes with Jamie at Snap Fitness, in Pueblo West on Mondays and Thursdays 6pm-7pm. Note that members of Snap Fitness can attend Jamie's Dance Fitness class for free with their membership, and others are welcome to purchase a $10 day-pass or a $50 punch card (good for 6 lessons). Sangre de Cristo Arts Center does not sell passes or memberships for Snap Fitness, please contact them directly.

About Your Instructor:

I am Jamie Summers, age 52. My journey into Dance Fitness began as a form of therapy after I survived breast cancer in 2013, and it has since transformed into a passion that I love to share with others. I firmly believe that every BODY can dance! My classes are designed to be casual and welcoming - there's no pressure to perfect the moves. I make mistakes too! The goal is to have fun, shake our booties, and be fully present in our bodies, celebrating and loving ourselves no matter our size or shape. Join me for a joyful experience where we can embrace movement and connection together!
